JFS Finance Ltd has been placing specialist business on behalf of IFAs and Mortgage Advisors for almost 30 years. We are dedicated to our Introducers and ensure that your long-term client is treated in the way that you would want them to be. We do not offer Investment or Protection products so there is no chance of cross selling.
JFS Pay Commission on all Introductions
JFS is directly authorized by the FCA so can provide advice to your clients directly on Regulated Mortgages, Second Charges and Bridge, if required.
Second Charges / Secured Loans
We have packaged second charge loans since the 1980s and can deal with both regulated and non-regulated options securing against residential, Buy to Lets and Commercial property.
If the loan is regulated, we can deal with your client directly to provide the correct regulated service. Commission is still payable to Introducers.
Commercial Mortgages
We offer mortgages secured against all types of commercial property whether they are owner-occupied or investment properties. We can deal directly or via our Introducer as is preferred by you.
Development Finance
We have specialized in development funding for a number of years from the small individual refurbishment up to large multi-home new build and Commercial projects. We see many developers today not being helped by their Banks and/or being offered expensive alternatives. Let JFS use our expertise to get the best deals available.
Bridging Finance
We can offer bridging against residential or commercial properties, including land only. We can offer advice on regulated products dealing directly with your clients. So whether it is a chain break, speed issue or auction funding, JFS can help.
Business Finance
We can also offer unsecured business finance from small business loans (from £25k) to large unsecured loans (normally £150k with guarantees only) and much larger facilities where PGs and debentures will be taken and/or other security.
We can also offer Invoice Finance and Asset finance for your business clients.
